The 2016 CMA Fan Fest saw a record-setting 87,000 visitors and country music fans to Nashville last weekend. The town was buzzing with concert, meet-and-greets, food trucks, and vendors from across the nation at Music City Center.
It was a hit for Lamon Records artists as well. Newcomers Collin Mills, Brian Lee Bender, and Hannah Herrington took their turns in the booth introducing their music to new fans. Buddy Jewell signed autographs on Friday morning and was greeted by excited new fans and old friends alike. Shari Rowe is a pro at Fan Fest, making appearances at Nashville Universe, Big Shots, and doing radio interviews all weekend. Artists Rose Angela and Kimberly Patrick also spent time in the booth and made the rounds at a number of showcases and benefits. Label head and producer Dave Moody greeted fans and spoke with guests from all over the world coming into town for Nashville’s biggest country music event.
Thank you Wynona and Got Soul? (her shoe apparel brand) for sponsoring Lamon’s female artists by providing shoes from her personal line. The ladies were invited to stop by the booth boutique, pick up a pair, and take photos. Check out her Facebook page (facebook.com/gotsoulkicks).
