Elevating Entertainment’s No Limit Kids: Much Ado About Middle School has just been named a 2011 Silver Telly Award Winner. Since 1978, The Telly Awards have been organized by the New York City-based organization and presented by the body of the academy. Judged by members of the Silver Council (past Silver Award recipients), the Awards are meant to honor the best in local, regional, and cable television commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions. The Silver Telly Award is the highest honor given. This year, over 13,000 entries from all 50 States and five continents participated and Silver Telly Awards were awarded to only the top 7% percent of all entries.
No Limit Kids was directed by Dave Moody, and stars Bill Cobbs (Night At The Museum, That Thing You Do), Lee Meriwether (Catwoman, Miss America), Blake Michael (Disney’s Lemonade Mouth), Celeste Kellogg (Radio Disney), and Ashton Harrell (Radio Disney). Written by Josh Moody and produced by Elevating Entertainment Motion Pictures, the film has won numerous awards including Best Feature Film (Independents’ Film Festival, sponsored by The Education Channel), The Redemptive Storyteller Award (Redemptive Film Festival), Best Indie Feature Film Nomination (Kids First! Film Festival, sponsored by The Coalition for Quality Children’s Media), Best Film for Young Viewers (Phoenix International Film Festival) and the 5-Star Family-Approved Seal from the Dove Foundation.
